In accordance with the Wyoming Food Freedom Act (W.S. § 11-49-104), custom livestock and poultry transactions represent the purchase of an actual ownership share in a live animal or herd prior to processing. All animal share owners are entitled to inspect livestock, poultry housing, and pasture operations at Baronial Acres Grange.

Products acquired through animal share agreements are intended for direct consumer consumption by the share owner and their household. Foods produced under these exemptions are uninspected by state or federal health authorities and are prepared following traditional monastic agricultural practices.
