The Masonry Bakehouse
At the heart of our forest-ringed sanctuary beside the northern creek stands the Masonry Bakehouse—where historical Tudor loaves, wild-fermented sourdoughs, and golden estate pastries are baked directly on wood-fired stone.
To honor our stone-milled grains, eliminate hearth waste, and bake every loaf at the peak of wild fermentation, all Bakehouse commissions are milled, mixed, and cold-proofed specifically for confirmed dispatches. In keeping with our Grange Covenant, ten percent of our bakehouse yield is faithfully tithed to local families in need.
Estate Parterre Botanicals, Raw Honey & Heritage Flours
Every loaf and pastry emerging from our wood-fired masonry hearth is crafted with raw, unpasteurized wildflower honey from our Carniolan apiary, pastel-hued pasture eggs from Ye Ladies of the Manor, aromatic herbs from our formal culinary parterres, and seasonal fruits from our Heritage Orchard and Pottage Fields.
Paired with pure regional creamery butter, our ancient spelt, einkorn, maslin rye, and heritage wheat flours are stone-milled without synthetic additives or bleaching agents, and leavened naturally with our living grange sourdough culture.
