Where the golden alchemy of our overwintered Carniolan honeybee colonies meets the aromatic harvest of our formal Tudor herb parterres. Crafted in small batches without synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances, or refined sugars, our raw honeys, hand-dipped beeswax tapers, botanical salves, and still-room oxymels honor the ancient healing and chandlery arts of the country grange.
Two Interlocking Guilds of Craft
Every jar of honey, pair of beeswax tapers, and amber apothecary bottle begins within our forest-ringed sanctuary in rural Washington County, Oregon.
Baronial Acres Apiary
Along the sheltered evergreen treeline, our gentle Carniolan honeybees forage across our Heritage Fruit Orchard, U-Pick floral meadows, white clover pastures, and wild blackberry brambles. Guests visiting our U-Pick gardens may observe the hives safely from our peaceful Apiary Vantage Point.
- Treatment-Free Ethos: We never feed high-fructose corn syrup or strip winter stores; we harvest only true surplus honey.

Baronial Acres Apothecary
In the sixteenth-century Tudor manor, the "still-room" was the domain of the household herbalist—where medicinal simples clipped from the knot gardens were steeped in raw honey, orchard vinegar, and golden cappings wax to guard the household through winter.
