At Baronial Acres Grange, bread and pastry are not treated as mass commodities, but as a living art form. Baked inside our wood-fired masonry oven, each loaf undergoes a slow 36-hour cold ferment utilizing our wild house sourdough starter, stone-milled regional heritage grains, and mineral-rich well water.

To maximize nutritional vitality, we enrich our sourdoughs with nutrient-dense raw whey harvested directly from our Claustral Creamery cheese vats. Our rustic sweets and galettes highlight unheated raw honey from our Carniolan apiary alongside antique stone fruits and berries harvested directly from our estate orchard.
