Our estate grounds encompass an antique fruit orchard sourced from historic nursery stock, a dedicated blueberry field, extensive outdoor crop production, a protected winter hoophouse, and caneberry thickets. Every crop is grown naturally without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers, nourished with composted animal bedding, cover crops, and mineral dust.
I. Heritage Orchard & Berry Grounds
Estate Blueberry Grounds
Our dedicated blueberry patch produces heavy summer yields of plump, sweet berries. Grown in deeply mulched acidic soil, supplying fresh member shares, bakehouse tarts, and winter preserves.
Antique & Red-Fleshed Apples
Rare antique apple varieties cultivated for cider pressing, long winter cellar storage, and masonry bakehouse baking. Features historic red-fleshed, sweet dessert, and aromatic baking cultivars.
Heritage Stone Fruits & Pears
Classic orchard fruits selected for high natural sugars and cold-hardy Pacific Northwest spring blooms. Provides rich harvests for fresh fruit shares, butter churn preserves, and mead fermentations.
Currants, Jostaberries & Elderberry
High-vitality berry thickets bordering our pasture lines. Champagne currants, dark gooseberry-blackcurrant hybrids, and elderberries supply fresh fruit, tonic syrups, and bakehouse galette fillings.
II. Four-Season Vegetable Production
Warm-Season Main Field Crops
Our main field beds produce heavy seasonal yields of tender sweet corn, vining snap peas, pole beans, heirloom slicing and paste tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, summer squashes, and slicing cucumbers.
Root Crops & Cellar Brassicas
Cold-hardy autumn crops engineered for winter larder storage. Sweet carrots, golden and white turnip varieties, winter radishes, beets, storage cabbages, and hardy kales that sweeten after hard frost.
Year-Round Protected Greens
Unheated hoophouse beds providing crisp salad greens and tender greens throughout the cold rainy winter months. Deep savoy spinach, upright pak choi, baby lettuces, and early spring greens.
Farmstead Herb Beds
Perennial and annual herb plantings integrated along field margins to attract pollinators and deter pests while providing fresh flavorings for our bakehouse hearth breads and creamery cheeses.

A weekly rotating box of seasonal field and hoophouse vegetables tailored to the current harvest window across spring, summer, fall, and winter.
Full Field, Berry & Orchard Share
Weekly seasonal vegetables paired with fresh berries from our blueberry grounds and caneberry thickets, plus antique orchard fruit in season.
Homestead Larder Bundle
The complete produce share: weekly fresh vegetables, seasonal blueberries and tree fruit, plus monthly jars of honeyed fruit preserves and cellared fruit butter.
